News Item Books Beyond Words Facilitator Training, Thursday 29th March 2012
This is an essential interactive workshop for family carers, support workers, self-advocates and professionals. We continue to roll out our hugely successful workshops in 2012 with dates in January and March. The next one is Thursday 29th March 2012. Everyone brings something unique to the workshops which adds to the richness of each day. The people who attended our previous workshops, including self-advocates, all gave very positive feedback and left feeling empowered to use the books in a variety of ways and greatly inspired by the impact of using pictures. Tickets cost £145 including lunch, refreshments and training pack. A special rate of £95 applies for students, supporters accompanying self-advocates and if you buy two or more tickets together. There is NO charge for self-advocates.
